'SOUPER' BOWL

SOUP AND SANDWICH SILENT AUCTION AND RAFFLE FUNDRAISER

WHAT IS IT?

St. Maurice Parish puts on this fundraiser to raise money to support the ongoing needs of the Parish, something for the whole church family to get involved in! We have a soup and sandwich meal, a silent auction and sport boards for the Super Bowl game which are ongoing throughout the day. We all sell raffle tickets prior to the event.

 WHEN IS IT?

On Super Bowl Sunday each year. This year it is February 4, 2018. It runs from 11 am – 1 pm with the raffle drawing to be held at 1 pm.

 HOW CAN YOU HELP?

We all do our part by selling raffle tickets, helping at the event, donating soup and desserts or silent auction items. These items can be something you make or donate, something you get from your place of employment or by asking other companies to donate. Then put it all together in a nice little package or basket for the silent auction. You can also bring donated items to the office.

Monetary donations are also appreciated to help cover the costs associated with this event.
